From 14-15 July, we met in Lisbon at the HyChem and A4F – Algae for Future premises for our second review meeting to discuss the project’s progress over the last months and plan the next steps.
All our demo sites are taking shape! The technical groundwork has been laid, and the project results are now slowly becoming tangible. Whilst the final optimisations are underway, we are getting ready for the scale-up activities. The renewable energy carriers have been characterised and the framework for the LCA activities has been established. Furthermore, a business model assessment and market analysis have been carried out. The project results have been widely disseminated; we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all the partners and our community for their engagement.
We are proud of having a strong project team with a range of expertise and roles, and a great coordinator (or rather three: Francisco Javier Real Salas, Jaime Guerrero, and Monique Bernardes Figueirêdo from CIRCE – Centro Tecnológico) who keeps everything on track. Many thanks also to our project officer Luca Bondì for his valuable feedback, constructive comments and suggestions.
